isn't there someone at the hospital who can help you get on would be horrible to lose all that you gained. it seems odd that a hospital would take someone in a fragile state, build them up a bit and then spit them out with no aftercare.....
have you tried asking anyone there for help? maybe a prescription for clonopin?

(i'm going to be away for a while, but i'll be thinking good thoughts for you---i hope that good thoughts don't make you sad also :)
