paying me out

so the idea seems to be that since they were required to train me but they didn't i can claim for loss of earnings.

so... they sent me on wild goose chase 'study this and that and the other thing or you aren't eligible for selection'. wrong advice. $30,000 student loan to me. they should pay that. that's how much their sh*t advice cost me. they were malicious. they intentionally prescribed a course of study for me (when they did not have the authority to do that) because it involved me giving them money and getting myslef into debt.

so they should pay.

and they refuse to process my application. year after year... so what is the average doctors salary? they cut years off the END of my working life. they should pay me for how many years they stole from me.

so likely what will happen is they'll end up paying me...

but one thing is clear.

the job / the work won't be done. not by anyone.

because they won't pay anyone to do the job. they only pay people to ensure the job isn't done.

it's how we ensure we go fowards only as slowly as possible... slower.... just the tiniest little bit slower...

thats the way in which new zealand makes progress.

like grabbing the wrist of a dementor and trying to drag it into the light

every f*ck*ng day.

where's my degree???

weren't my enrolment?

where's my money?

where's my job?

i did apply for jobs, you see... i spent 1 year applying for government jobs.

my friend 'friend' was all like 'yeah i do contract work for the government... i tis like they make jobs for me and things always work out'..

well it is like they simply refuse to give any job at all to me.

i must be intellectually handicapped retarded -- right?

well then i must be autistic -- right?

well there must be some reason why the government doesn't uphold my rights.

whatever could it be?

i know what it is.
it is because the government thinks that it knows best.
the government thinks that it knows better than the people what is good for people and what it is that they need and the government refuses to distribute resources to the people so that they can contribute to the development of new zealand society.

and the government doesn't allow people to choose how they contribute.
the government is always trying to FORCE people to do what the government wants them to do.
and the government has very very very different ideas on what is good for government officials (for their housing, for their childrens education, for their financial remuneration, for their non-financial remuneration perks of the job) and so on...
the government thinks that they do 3x the work of another person and that's why they deserve 3x the pay.
but they hire people to ensure a job is not (is never) done --and really, how hard can that be?
all you have to do is sit in the middle and scream 'nooooooooooooooo you can't make me'
like the obmudsman 'i don't see that as unreasonable' to statutory violation and unlawful detention in conditions of torture when he has made an appointement for a guided tour
and so on.

hahahahhahahahhahahahhahahahhahahahhha we FORCED alex to do law (whether she likes it or not) by repeatedly reliably predictably violating and breaking teh laws and what is she going to do about it???

i cry for the loss of human potential. how things are so very very very very very very very much worse in the world because of them. because of them being control freaks. because of them refusing ot listen to the people. because of them refusing to allow people to contribute as they see fit.

for them trying ot force people to work on planatations for less than minimum wage.

for them refusing ot comply with well thought out and well developed international standards of everything from human rights to climate change etc. just the stupidity and shortsightedness.

the heavy handed propaganda.

i wonder who wrote some of our statutes. the seem... sensible.

it is strange.

for example the statute that says that domestic adults (citizens who have attained the age of 20 years) are eligible to be enrolled in the programme of study they apply to at university.

i don't htink the US or the UK has that in their constitution or... the UK parliamentary statute. not sure. for their public universities... not sure...

development is when you teach college level courses in the secondary schools because you have the quality teachers and students...

new zealand uses universities as detention facilities for adults who it chooses to label as intellectually handicapped, slow workers.. whatever... so it has the right to detain them indefinately while they hand over more and more and more money to the university...

while the path for the kids of the doctors and teachers and senior officials...

i guess the problem is that our present government grew up on classics like dystopian novels, thought dystopia was inevitable, and simply aspired to be part of the ruling class themselves.

that was their vision.

they didn't go 'what can we do to prevent life being like this' they simply went 'how can i be a winner'?
