just nuke it.
apparently there have been minor explosions.
it isn't like we are tring to contintribute anything good... anything of value on the world stage...
our leaders still don't seem to f*ck*ng understand that the NZ and Aussie outcomes are roughly comparable regardless of leader
(gee it might have more to do with geographical location than anything else)
and still refusing to look at sensible stats.
we shuld be looking at Taiwan and Hong Kong and NSW and individual states in the USA adn we sill refuse refuse refuse refuse refuse to face up to our place in the world.
just this constant delusion of being first or the best behind the strongest and besteset whether its the all blacks or jacinda arden or the director general (who justifies the atrocity that was population health in NZ??)
ffs.
just get it over with.

so our prime minister mocks the idea of disinfectant on the inside.
but doesn't seem to take issue with trialing an anti-protozoa medication for a virus.
lets see if this kills anyone...
let's try it in New Zealand.

a few have voluntarily taken pay cuts. 20 per cent pay cut over the next 6 months out of a sense of solidarity after so many people were laid off or asked to take pay cuts.
but of course they couldn't bring themselves to change the law on that so they would actually take a pay cut.
instead they preferred to leave the matter within their control. voluntarily up to them.
so some chose to make it 20 per cent net. of course. net, not gross.
and then some chose to donate the money to a charity of their choosing.
and likely some chose to set themselves up as a charity for their choosing.
which entirely misses the point about empowerment. about disempowerment. about sharing the power around.
i'm cranky because they earn hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars over many years...
while i don't have air conditioning. while they pretend to be too stupid to acknowledge the fact that i can read.
oh my god. i managed to write a 1 year thesis in 1 year!
oh my god.
so they just refuse to give me the degree.
because everybody pays them 1 1/2 year of fees for the degree.
while limping over the finish line and never getting a job on the basis of the degree because they took so gosh darned long.
why would anybody in their right mind do a graduate research degree in NZ?
oh yeah, because they promised to process an application for a proff degree program if you did one.
and then they refused to do that.
all the better to kill innocent people with antimalerials.
which a f*ck*ng crock.

because, yeah, when the ministry of health and the district health boards are signing up covid patients (and controls likely too) for anti-malerial trials to 'see what happens'...
they are totally going to roll out covid vaccines.
sure they are.
the way they rolled out the anti-measles vaccines.
because we totally managed to get them out to the people that needed them and administered in a way that didn't kill them.
sure.
sure.
sure we did.
you can see why the world won't help us when we refuse to do the most basic of f*ck*ng things that help ourselves.
there are lots of really competent people in nz.
but you never f*ck*ng see them for the reign of the f*ck*ng idiots.
