No more disturbances by roommates!

Posted by Lamdage22 on September 30, 2019, at 8:00:46

Hey guys,

I am on my own as of today. Everyone has left. I had so much trouble with roommates. It's actually nice to go into a clean kitchen every time.

I hope you are all ok!

i have been enjoying my right to go into my messy kitchen, rather a lot, these days. i don't think my kitchen has ever been as messy as i have been keeping it, now.

how are you doing living by yourself? i absolutely love it. need it. require it. absolutely love it. if i feel lonely i can go outside and there are people people people people people all about everywhere. i love nothing more than curling up at home with a good book or a good youtube video or whatever... with everything just how i like everything to be. with nobody to interrupt me. nobody to nag me. nobody to want me to be doing anything anything anything at all. just some time for me to be me. it's the best thing in the world. yay me.

do you like it?

i admit, i am a messy person, but i do know when it comes the point where i look at all this junk, superman clean. I stayed a night with a friend while they were gone, i just ... instead of properly making it clean, i didnt want to take too much energy, i would just leave things because it felt conventiant, but at the deadline before they came back, it was superman clean mode

i thought to myself, i can't live with all this horrible mess everyewhere, plates, water bottles, i looked everywhere and said i can't be like this. The worst messy persons are the hoarders where they tons of illegiment things that have no value and they stack them up, and leave the kitchen to where flies come. I know how to clean good, but it's kinda a procrastination thing. If a friend or family member came to place, and saw it messy, and hoarded. Keeping things in order, and not procrastiating cleaning up. Living clean and orderly is one of my goals

I am not a clean freak either. I just want to live like a human, unlike my ex-roommate!

I never did move very much weight.

I have old injuries which means my ankles are unstable so I leak power.

I am also long limbed and not naturally strong at all. I didn't start weightlifting until I was 30.

I back squatted 60kg for a single... 2x in my life. I got up to about 50kg for a front squat single. Best clean was about the same (yellow plates on womens bar). Best deadlift a little over 100kg. This is when other women my weight class are doing closer to double that.

Since I quit the gym... I finally managed to purchase a barbell that I can use at home / take to the park. Waiting for it to arrive... Today hopefully. I have 2x2.5kg height setting weights. Will need to focus on quality of movement / speed until I can afford to buy some more weights, ha!

Have been doing animal walks and tabata squats.

E.g.,

I am not that good. As any of that.

It is the *ideal* that I am attracted to :)

My best deadlift was 8x150 kg but that was many years ago. I never do 1 rep max... Right now i am doing 8x77.5 kg Deadlift. 8x60 bench press and 8x57.5kg Squat. I squat all the way down.

Alexandra, what do you think of fat grips? I would like to get strong forearms but I don't want to row with 30% less weight.
