i am 18 and only recently have got this ptsd...after an event that happened through the summer which has left me angry and distressed and i can't concentrate in college because of it and i get really bed anxiety in lesson so i have to go out the classroom alot when i'm learning the information doesn't seem to be able to stay in my head the anger takes over my head and that's all i think about...since the event that happpened where i nearly got stabbed...it's triggered off ocd, head problems, self harm and depression and more things...
but that's not the only reason why it's also down to drugs and abuse

Hello, and welcome to Psycho Babble.
Thanks for reigniting this thread.If you haven't received any help for your PTSD to date, I'd encourage you to do so. I too am a sufferer and ongoing treatment has helped me with desensitization and managing my reactions and symptoms. Luckily there are more treatment options available and support systems (such as Babble - I consider this place to have been an invaluable part of my recovery to date) that can see you into a safer place.
