I'm also 28. Perhaps it has to do with the year we were born or something our mom's ate while they were pregnant. hahaha!

Nope...not crazy. I only come from a family full of crazy people (literally). hahaha!
It's been suggested to me that it's a stim to control anxiety. Since control is so related to anxiety, I guess it could be a control thing too. Who knows. I don't do it out loud (which would freak people out), so I'm not bothered by doing it. It's only annoying when I can't NOT do it.
I'm a sagettarius. We were obviously born only weeks apart (possibly days). Are you a '76 or '77 baby? Maybe my theory of it having to do with our birth year really is true! hahahaha!!!
