I feel like I am flushing my life down the toilet. Someone please talk to me. I am so frustrated with my life right now.

Thank you so much B2Chica. I'm really sorry too. I feel like I am just looking for attention. I feel like my mind is made up to be unhappy. I'm really really sorry.

I'm really sorry people

Why do I make my mind up to be unhappy? It doesn't make any sense. I want to try to be happy. I guess I wish I wasn't alone. And want support.

This is good that you are reaching out Angela2.
But one of the pitfalls of babble is that people are here off and on and don't always see posts until much later.
Its not that noone cares, its just noone is in a position to either reply or they have not seen the post etc.
So please try not to be discouraged. I hope your T appt goes well.
Goto go,
Muffled

sweet girl.
first of all...so what if you "just need attention". we're human, we ALL need attention and affection at times. we Especially need/want it when were hurting...it's ok to need attention. especially here.
sorry i missed when you were on chat...i'm in a out of different rooms all day, so i just pop on when i can.
but you are doing the right thing dear. you are reaching out to someone and stating what you need. that's so good. that's more than i could do for the first 2 years of therapy!

noone likes to feel 'needy'. and those of us that aren't used to getting any kind of attention anyway, it is especially hard to ask for it.
but i want you to know, it's ok to need it. and to ask for it. especially here.

and sometimes being 'unhappy' can almost become a comfort zone for those of us that have been unhappy for so long.
honestly my depression can be a comfortzone to me. i'm so used to the feeling, i've learned for many years how to 'cope' with them, and when their gone, well it can almost be scary.

its ok angela...
i hope your session goes well.
take care ok?

i'll be thinking of you today/tonight.
best wishes.
b2c.

Wow, thank you b2chica. A lot of the stuff you said, yeah, that's me. Like unhappiness as a comfort zone. I want to get braver though. And start doing things irl that will help me be active, busy, and happy. But I'm glad PB is here for me too. You seem like a really nice person and I will be thinking of you tonight too.

Thank you Muffled. Yeah I guess I shoulda thought of that. probably a lot of people were at work when I posted. Aw I'm glad reaching out is good. Sometimes I sorta worry about getting too close to PB because I worry that I will use it as a substitute for real life. I hope I don't. I guess I'll just have to see what happens. (((Muffled)))

Hey Angela,

I feel the same way sometimes. I get lonely and just want people to chat with me. Sorry I wasn't there today.

I think it's OK to ask for some attention. ((((Angela)))))

aw, thank you Deneb. (((Deneb)))

Yeah bein lonely sucks. I'm glad it isn't a perpetual thing. I should prolly try to remind myself of that when it happens.
