THis week I started a hormone and had a rather sever reaction to it. I felt like my life was falling apart, I was crying at everything, very depressed, couldn't think straight,broke out in hives and just so down on myself and feeling worse by the minute. So I called my T Tues. morning and asked for an earlier appointment because I was falling apart. I didn't know I was having a bad reaction to the medicine. So I have a appointment today instead of waiting until Mon.
Well my OBGYN took me off that medicine, and I feel 100% better. So now I will go in there and say I am fine now, LOL. I sure hope he knows about those meds and that they can really F*ck you up bad, otherwise I think he is going to think I am totally nuts or something. I am almost embarrest that I called him. I think those meds should come with a better warning on them, becasue I can see a semi- depressed person totally committing sucide if they react badly to it. Thank goodness I wasn't depressed before I took it.
And what is even funny about it, was I was going to talk about when I can terminate therapy on my next session. Oh, well , he probably thinks I am a bit nutty anyways. LOL

Did you tell the OB/ GYN what you were on before they prescribed the original meds? They should know about potential interactions. Stupid hormones. Grrr.
I'm sure your T won't think you're nuts... most Ts understand about meds and side effects and all. Besides, I think we're all a little bit nuts... even Ts. :)
Just tell him you *had* to see him... that you can't stop thinking about him... and he will take you in his arms and say, oh happyflower, let's see if my beard tickles!

Hey, I'm older than *that*! LOL. I'm 29 - I think Barney started while I was in high school.

i wouldnt wory bout it it think its quite common for certain drugs to do this.i went on antidepressents that just made loads worse than i actualy was.i refused to take them one day an now im much better!
