Scott,
I am unsure what you are wanting to mean. If you could post answers to the following, then I could respond accordingly.
A. When did you find The Kingdom of God?
B. Which God was the King of that Kingdom?
C. Did you stay in that Kingdom?
D. If there was a different Kingdom that you could be in that could enable you to be delivered from the realm of misery that you are in that you describe here,(I do not want to use the word "cure" here), and your quest to find a chemical solution to your suffering that you describe here could be over, would you enter that Kingdom?
Lou

> A. When did you find The Kingdom of God?

I was born into it. There was nothing to find.

> B. Which God was the King of that Kingdom?

The same as that of everyone else.

> C. Did you stay in that Kingdom?

I couldn't leave, even if I wanted to.

> D. If there was a different Kingdom that you could be in

That is an impossible supposition. There is only one.

My spiritual evolution has been long and difficult, but I have been diligent in my pursuit. My spirituality works very well for me.

Now it's your turn. I would like to see you answer your own questions:

A. When did you find The Kingdom of God?

B. Which God was the King of that Kingdom?

C. Did you stay in that Kingdom?

D. If there was a different Kingdom that you could be in

Scott,
It has been revealed to me the mysteries of the Kingdom of God. The God in question is the God that the Jews give service and worship to. This God is the same God that the scriptures that the Jews use states:
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And then said; "Let there be light" which was life.
Those scriptures tell of man being created originally to be a spiritual being in The Kingdom of God to dwell forever in Paradise in the Green Fields of The Garden. But a happening caused Adam and Eve to have the Spirit of God taken from them so that they would die.
And they were expelled from the Garden Kingdom to be in a hostile world kingdom where the king is the devil. And their children were born without the spiritual nature as Adam was given when he was created, and will die. This is the realm of death and the Garden is the realm of life.
People born today are born into the death realm as the flesh dies, where Adam was born into the spiritual realm where the spirit lives forever. The two realms, the flesh realm and the spirit realm, are separated by a Great Gulf. To Passover from the flesh realm to the spiritual realm, one must be born from above by the spirit of God, for that which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the spirit is spirit. Living in the flesh mind is living in death, and living in the spirit mind is life and peace that overcomes the Prince of this world, the devil, and receives life from the King of the Kingdom that gives one power to overcome the world, the flesh and the devil.

That's a lot to digest. I'll need some time to think about things. Thank you for you synopsis.

How does one cross the gulf once the flesh dies?

Scott,
You can passover the Great Gulf while you are alive and receive a new spirit. You can go back to the Green Fields that you used to know.

While we are on the subject of faith in a friendly discourse, let me make it perfectly clear to you that I was not serious when I wrote that you should save yourself by converting to Christianity. It was a rhetorical comment meant to provide satire and sarcasm. I regret posting it. I apologize.

I would prefer that you not respond to this post and just accept my apology.

Thanks.
