Hey, my doctor recommended this for 30 days. Is it safe long-term?

It is supposed to be good for you, isn't it? In various ways?
But my latest lot made me feel worse. If I could have cut the capsules in half it might have been better.

For how long have you been taking it?

Not very long at all. It just didn't help. Low doses are somewhat different to high doses. I would have liked to halve my dose but it comes in a gel filled capsule.
Ashwaganda is OK for me.
