im not trying to sound critical, but...it seems that you pick up supplements and then get frightened and/or let down fairly quickly. so...

if its an option for you, could you see about an Orthomolecular doctor near you? Or...some kind of "alternative" health care provider who could also do lab work and check your vitals, etc.?

I did (and still do...) Orthomolecular on my own because I didn't have insurance coverage when I started and, honestly, I kind of like the do-it-yourself approach to wellness, in large part because of negative experiences with psych "professionals." but...

a lot of people, maybe most people, would probably do better with some kind of well-informed professional guiding treatment and keeping tabs on them while they build a protocol, switch things around, etc.

just a thought. :-)

Gave me rosacea.

Seems not to be unusual. Maybe my dose was too high?

I will see a doctor like that on february 7th. I agree its better to have some guidance, especially if things are getting worse initially. Hopefully he can help. I will keep you posted.
