I hear that something called uridine can augment omega 3 in depression. Does anyone know what it is ?

Uridine is a component of some Nucleotides (including Ribonucleic Acid (RNA)).
Dietary Sources of Uridine
Herbs: Caterpillar Fungus
Vegetables: Garlic
Sugar Beets

Molasses is a source of uridine. I put it on my oatmeal. Good source of iron too.
