What are your experiences with anticholinergics?

No matter what drug, als long as it does possess moderate to strong anticholinergic properties... what were your positive and negative experiences with those drugs? Do you still take them?

I've tried some, including the trimipramine I'm on now. My experience is good, but I don't know how relevant it is, because I never even had dry mouth from them, so probably my dosage is too low.

I still take Elavil for really bad insomnia. For me, that is still one of the best antidepressants. The dry mouth can sometimes be a problem, especially since I am diabetic.
