Although I have been using Nardil for 10 years now, I still haven't figured out how much B6 I should supplement it with. I wasn't able to find specific guidelines other than those of Dr. Gillman at Psycho Tropical Research--and he suggests 100-200 mg/day. That is much more than I have been taking (and I think I may be showing some signs of B6 deficiency now), so I am hoping to get some feedback from Nardil users here.
How much (if any) B6 do you take with your Nardil? Do you use a multivitamin, a B-complex, or B6 by itself?

Thanks in advance for any response.

A blood test would let you know for sure. I have never been on it long enough, so I haven't given it any thought. I reacted badly in a way.

iirc B6 stays in your body for a while. I personally opted not to supplement at all w/ it when I was on Nardil for a couple of years. I took very very small pieces of pills every now and again if I was down for seemingly no reason.
But I have poor responses to most vitamins/supplements. Things like D3, fish oil, etc make me crazy depressed. I sorta got the feeling that B6 took me down a notch also when I tried it for a week or so.
There are some here who can probably give you much better advice though. SLS, for example, I'm sure has some good insight on this topic.
This is the end of the thread.
