Experiences + comparisons

Hi all.
Consultation tomorrow. Been pretty depressed lately. A few things have gone wrong but I'm convinced I should be handling the stress better. I've handled worse than this much better in the past.
I'm very tearful and lose my temper too often. From lifeless to the extreme, but I see no indication of bipolar. I'll certainly bring it up with my doc though, just to be sure.

Current meds & total daily doses:

Isocarboxazid 80mg AM
Clonazepam 2mg AM & PM
Dexamfetamine 20mg AM & 15mg early PM
Amitriptyline 100mg at night
Melatonin 300mcg at night
Bupropion XR 150mg AM & early PM
Acamprosate 1,998mg (to reduce alcohol cravings)

Additionally:

Fasoracetam 20mg AM & early PM (best racetam I've found)
Oxiracetam 400mg AM & early PM
Hydrafinil (Fluorenol) 50mg AM & early PM (1 month on 2 weeks off)
L-Tyrosine 400mg AM & early PM (seems to help with stress to a point and without increasing anxiety)
DMAE 250mg AM & early PM - will be switching back to citicoline as a choline source
Levagen®+ PEA 300mg Late Eve (Palmitoylethanolamide)- better (IMHO) alternative to CBD with enhanced effectiveness & absorption (the page from company site https://mindnutrition.com/blog/levagen-the-bodys-most-effective-anti-inflammatory-agent-and-beyond) very nice relaxer.
Theacrine 190mg AM & early PM
Gingko 120mg extract AM & early PM
Huperzine-A 20mg AM & early PM
+ ALCAR, ALA, NAC, Verispirse® Trans-Resveratrol, high dose EPA & DHA, GLA, Omega 7, L-Theanine, Caffeine 300mg max, Benfotiamine 600mg, TMG, high Vit D & A and good multi with active Bs.
Yes, a fistful of noots & supps. Some I'm trying out, some have been long term. Some I take as needed.

I want to try Lamotrigine again, 1st time with Dex. Found it too drowsy last time so hopefully with the dex will be more tolerable. Whats people's rating on this med as an augmentor for unipolar depression, especially in conjunction with MAOI?
I've also read that folic acid in supplements might negate the effects of lamotrigine. Any further knowledge?

I question the effectiveness of the Amitriptyline. I'd be interested in peoples opinions on switching to Trazodone?

This won't happen all at once, but I need to get back to 1 step ahead again.

Alternatively, anyone had experience with Mianserin? Sounds similar to Mirtazapine(yuck!) but with a far less incidence of weight gain. And what about in conjunction with an MAOI? Doesn't appear contraindicated if you read most non-mainstream papers.

This isn't in the common literature, I don't think. But this doctor seems to talk sense. My doctor knows of his work.

I appreciate any input.

if you tried lamictal again, usally 200mg is a good dose for depression. It will keep depressive phases away, antidepressant mood levler. Some people feel dulled on it, i've taken it, i notice its antidepressant effects, it will keep me out of depression, even when fluoxetine is active

It's calming. But its not a pep medication, some people hardly notice any differencee
