There is no pharmacodynamic reason why it might not be safe.
I don't have the details about the pharmacokinetics (ie. metabolism) of these drugs at hand, so it is possible they might affect each other's concentrations. However, sertraline at least has few relevant interactions. If it were me, I would read more about the drugs in question, and if I found no relevant reason not to, I would just test, and take it as it comes, especially as these drugs are not particularly dangerous in overdose.

You might want an ECG as antipsychotics can increase QT rhythms in the heart and atomoxetine can increase heart rate.

some antipsychotics are adrenglic blockers, like seroquel, and others, atomaxetine is norpheinre reptake inhibtor, it increases alertenss and attentiveness, with SSRI maybe, but when i took prozac and strattera it did not mix, atomoxetine and fluoxetine have some kinda link, in the chemcials structure, like the same thing, but diffrent. I was on Strattera on prozac and i would say most irrtible comments, feel stressed out alot, excessive norephirprhine.
but another SSRI maybe
