Me again. I've felt a lot less motivated for the past six or seven weeks. With social distancing, I thought I'd be doing a lot more reading. But I've been doing a lot less reading and a lot more streaming. But I've felt a lot less restless. I can stay home for days at a time and not experience any cabin fever -- something that wouldn't happen under normal circumstances.

I guess for people with social anxiety Corona doesn't change as much as it does for your social butterfly extrovert. I am used to loneliness.

I have been feeling better. Not sure why. I mean, I hate my job and it is very stressful. This may have something to do with it.

Perhaps there's a "fight-or-flight" response that kicks in when people are faced with something like this, and they go into a kind of survival mode and live off the adrenaline.

yeah kickass mode or beast mode, flight or fight response, where your burned off your comfort zone into getting something done in an emergency, make a mindset change and do a warp jump
