Please help. My Pdoc is not available si Ive been seeing his PA. My Rx got messed up, so Ive been off Adderall 2 weeks and Pristiq now 3 days. Im feeling mood flux but Im worried about physical concerns regarding the Pristiq. Should I be worried if some cardiac/stroke thing???

No. I've never heard of infarctions due to stopping an antidepressant or stimulant. Indeed, cardiovascular strain may be less without Adderall, because it elevates heart rate and blood pressure.

Do you have any Pristiq left at all?
What strength prescription have you been taking?
If you need a couple of pills and you can't get in touch with your doctor, you might very likely be able to get your pharmacy to give you 2 or 3 Pristiq pills to hold you over.

I have a bottle of 100mg tablets that I've been tapering off of by splitting the pill in half for the first couple of weeks, and now I've been cutting the pills into quarters. I'm switching over to Trintellix.
