has anyone heard of Lactium in humans for anxiety?

Posted by cadburyhesychasm on October 20, 2019, at 22:17:24

Is there good evidence behind it? one website i read seemed skeptical of it saying it was only as good as a glass of digested milk. i was hoping to learn more. it supposedly acts on gabaa receptor like benzos but the lactium com website claims non habituating or addicting. the skeptical website dismisses activity at that receptor as nonsense saying it has 10k less affinity than diazepam.

i tried it, follow up

Since it is a natural milk derived product, i ordered from pharmacy and decided to try it myself today. i went with pure lactium 150mg without l theanine as that l theanine gives stimulating buzz which i dont want. the capsule were branded Goestress 150, available in india otc. Soon it feels something so powerfully soothing, soothing is truly the only word that can describe the effect, that all worries were gone and emotions calmed, hardly feels placebo can do that. if ive ever had a "magic pill" this must be it. i will take it for a few weeks i hope there is no tolerance. im so happy to come across this stuff.

apparently they discovered this thing by finding out an enzyme in baby digestive system allows for milk to form alpha casozepine which gives this bliss effect. this definitely gets a plus from me.

I take 300mg lactium and 18g zizyphus seed at night when I wake. It works. I feel better and get back to sleep.

I think lactium is the name.

Here is the product. Makes me feel a bit more comfortable at 3am, nothing wonderful.

I should imagine so. Zizyphus is the main sedative herb in TCM. Dunno anything about lactium.

Hmm, I don't really like the feeling of Lactium. It deprives me of much-needed energy.
