diazepam vs alprazolam

Posted by rjlockhart37 on September 25, 2019, at 21:18:30

i've been on diazpeam for a while, the main thing i notice is just a general calm or relief from anxiety. There doenst seem to be mood improvement of lift like alprazolam, alrazolam his D2 receptors slightly, which is why i think xanax has a anti-depressant effect. It' also more potent, but it doenst last as long. The valium usually lasts about 6-7 hours, alrazplam lasted more like 3 hours. They have Xanax XR which lasts for 12 hours. Diazpeam is just a basic benzo, it just gives relief from anxiety, there's not drug liking in it, exept for relief. Does anyone else have expieriences?

i also take diazepan and find it to be the best benzo for my condition.....take 10 mg at night for sleep and 5 late morning.....what manufacturer do you use.....lorazepam -sleepy,xanax-to strong and wears off to fast......klonopin--numbing and makes one depressed

I'm glad diazepam is working for you. I took it for about 4 years. It didn't really help all that much with my anxiety, so I tapered off. I was disappointing that it was so ineffective for me for anxiety. I took up to 30mg per day with little effect after I habituated. If I took all 30mg at once, it just made me tired.

i think it's mylan....i'm on 5mg twice daily, yeah your right xanax i would take it and defeintly feel a strong, it made me want to sleep, other times it had a antidepressant effect. I've been on lorazepam too but it was 15 years ago in 2005, it made just chill, i can't rerember how to compare it to diazepam, but it just gives a general calm, no anti-depressant or mood lift, its mainly relief from anxiety, relax. I was put on it because it was taking phenibut, and it was around high dose, and i abruply stopped it, i could not sleep, i could not eat, it was hell for 2-3 days. I had to make appointment with doctor, she choose to use diazepam because phenibut at high doses, can cause siezures, but that is at a high dose, i was taking phenibut to relieve my anxiety, and i have to say it does work, and keeping the dose around 2000mg a day is fine, anything above 3000 the body will adapt to it and when its abruptly stopped = withdrawl

after a stressful day or anxiety, yea it just causes relax or relief, no mood enhancement or gettin drug liking with me

phenibut withdrawl after high dose around 5000-6000mg can cause siezures during withdrawl, but mainly it was ... i got this primal fear feeling, and then couldnt sleep, because the GABA receptors were expecting phenibut to activate them, and when it was stopped there was no ability to calm or sleep. I was taking a doses, for my anxiety. It does work, and it's a good supplement, or drug. But now the diazepam is helping, even though i still get anxiety even with 5mg, its better than nothinig. I don't know i would work with doctor about dosing but im pretty sure it's gonna stay at that dose.

diazpeam: general calm/relax feeling

alrazolam: is more potent and good for severe anxiety has mood lift properties, mild anti-depressant effect. Hit's D2 receptors
