There are a zillion abstracts like this all over the web for each and every drug out there. Why single out parnate? And that is a hell of a lot of parnate to take at one time!
ALL drugs are dangerous at high levels. Keep that in mind.

I don't even know if they know what a LD50 is therefore?
You can eat 10 tylenol and die of renal failure.didn't mean to exasperpate fears, quite the contrary.
i was astounded by the details of the metabolism etc. I have not personally found this degree of detail in ANY abstract thus far.

Nope, 4 grams would be 4000 mg and not 400 mg.

That abstract is pretty old,i know i have seen it.I also remeber seeing one on a woman addicted to parnate at WHOPPING 350 mg dose a day.
I mean u go digging for something chances are youll find it.

> gulp?Yup, it was a very serious suicide attempt. I took it with cheese and ephedra and wine. It was weird because it really took 24 hours before anything starting happening. My body temperature got very high. I went psychotic. A bunch of other stuff happened that I don't think I should write about here.
But I survived it with no residual effects. I was found by the police in the street trying to chew off my arm and that's how I ended up in the hospital.

Thanks Matt. It's okay. It's not something I am proud of but I do wonder how I survived it. Came close to not surviving.

sorry, yall, yes i'm i'm a newbie.
i also went psychotic accidentally on the stuff.
locked up, restrained and then jacked on some kinda tranquilizer. it all seems like a very vivid dream.and i'm back on it now, because it makes life itself vivid.
regardless, maxime i'm glad your here to tell the tale.

Well that was in 2003. I don't see it as good luck. I truly wish I was dead.
What I did in November was lethal, but fate got in the way.
