I am on Lexapro 10 mg, buspar 90 mg, neurontin 400 mg, lamictal 25 mg, and sequel (?). I noticed all of a sudden my pants are tighter. I feel bloated. What is doing this? What can I do about it? Does drinking more water, cutting back on carbs, and increasing exercise help this? I can't afford a new closet full of clothes. This extra weight makes me feel uncomfortable.

It may be the seroquel. Seroquel isn't as bad as Zyprexa, but I've heard a lot of people complain about it and it definitely didn't help with the weight gain I experienced with Zyprexa.
I gained 50 pounds on Zyprexa. I worked out 5 times a week and ate a low fat diet. I saw a nutrionist. I followed a strick low carb diet. None of it helped. Not even a lil bit. Since coming off Zyprexa right after Thanksgiving, I have dropped 35 pounds. My pdoc saw the same thing in patient after patient.
Maybe diet and exercise will work for you.

diet and exercise worked for me. but if not you can always try geodon or abilify.

These drugs slow your metabolism and so you gain weight. Read about it here:

The drug companies don't tell you this because if people knew most wouldn't buy these drugs!
