I have been on 300mg Sr wellbutrin for a month or so if I stop today how long does it take to leave the body?

It has a half life of about 21 hours. If you were to stop taking it today, you would have negligable amounts in your system within 3 days or so.
It is strongly advised that you taper these medications, if you wish to discontinue them.

From 300mg, if you just drop it, you may feel very lethargic, anhedonic, and low spirited.
Some people can just quit cold turkey but these effects are possible.
If you were one to notice a missed cup of coffee, then I would taper.

i have stopped wellbutrin suddenly in the past,(more than once) i just kept forgetting to take it. so for about a week or so i went through horrible withdrawal and mood swings etc. i don't recomend suddenly stopping.
