Laziness on Prozac

Hello,
Does anyone else feel really lazy on Prozac? I am finding that I'm just doing the same stuff as when I was depressed, but just don't feel depressed, cos I can't be bothered to do anything else.

I'm really bored and I know i could do things so that I don't feel that way, but just can't be bothered.

I am on Prozac and I do find that I have to really talk myself into getting things done otherwise I would just not do anything. The only difference with this type of thinking is that the Prozac seems to control the depression but the other affect is that Prozac dulls some of the other senses too. I can get things done, but I really have to push do it. That's all I can say about this. Anyone else have any ideas? SarahMarie

Yes, I have encountered this on Prozac, Paxil, and Zoloft -given enough time I'll figure anything out :). The SSRI's can definately make you feel "flat". Eventually all I would want to do is sit on my butt, doing only what I absolutely had to. If you haven't already seen it, there's a current thread about this subject titled "SSRI's & Apathy".

Actually it's called "Apathy on SSRIs"
