Well I peeked, and it just doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Can you say what's bothering you- is it because you feel someone has more leeway with posts? Sometimes I genuinely feel paranoid, like we're being tested here for our responses- is that possible? Hope you are both okay- judy

Well, I've seen both recently, Phil with a one liner, something we expect from him.
Shar also, I've seen you participating a lot. Especially on PSB. I think your posts are very kind and supportive; I'm glad you stuck around. (I hope my saying so doesn't send you away.)
btw, surprise surprise, I *am* an old timer. But not in my real feeling. I'm pretty sure I missed the intimacy you express from that period, so I don't really consider myself "one of you :-)" . That's okay. Maybe the board changed it's tone by the second half of 2000.

No Shelli, I don't think it changed that much in 2000 (and I remember you from forever). I was just trying to get Shar and Phil off of the faith board, I felt they might be getting upset. I guess I just feel recently (maybe last 6 months) a lot of negativity- do you agree? Take care, judy

Hi Judy,
I know soon after I got there there was a lot of talk about PB losing it's intimacy. (Don't worry, I'm not taking that personally. Or should I :-) ). And I certainly didn't know anyone well enough to ever think I wanted an oldtimers board.
I think there was always some animosity. Remember, there was no blocking until 2001 (?). So that initiated one type of conflict; probably stopped other type of animosity, also.
The only thing I believe is new was that Dr. Bob has gotten slammed more seriously and by more people than I've witnessed before. And more people have left the board in groups.
Hope that answered your question. Now I've got to go back to PB, SPB, and PPB. I'm more a child of 2001; anyway this probably belongs on PBA.

Well, I have been roaming around a lot, and if things start getting nasty again, I will probably come over here and relax. Visiting the boards has been fun and interesting, but I don't have any desire to do battle. Takes more energy than I'm willing to commit.

I just read your advice to babyBella. Your thoughts on being liked/people liking you and on living in a way that is acceptable to you is perfect. Really really wonderful and terrific. I've printed it out, cut out that section and taped it at eyelevel behind/above my computer so I can read it whenever I want.Thank you.
