Ok, I've been away awhile and come back to visit and lo and behold the old-timers' board is a reality. How'd it finally come to be?
Anyway, things are pretty good, you know with some ups and downs sometimes, but I've been extremely busy with work and because I have now (perhaps a bit later in life than many of my contemporaries, but who cares, right?)graduated from tenant to property owner!
I've popped in to regular babble to add to a couple of specific threads, but haven't had the time to "read up" on what I've missed.
Just wanted to say "hi". I'll pop in every so often.

In the above thread, he told us to blame him for everything since he won't be around too often so I'm taking full advantage of that offer.
But seriously, I think he pushed for it the hardest and it became a reality.

That's really great about being a property owner. I remember how much trouble you ran into with your landlords walking through unanncounced.
What sort of place do you have? Apartment in a condo, house, duplex?
Hope all is well. How 's the pdoc situation.
BTW The number of posts on this 2000 board is manageable; I think I can catch up.
