If you could guard the innocent
The creatures of the wood and stream
They would be happy in your care
In a peaceful ethereal dream

Sorta like Saint Francis
They would not scatter at your wake
While you tenderly them helped build their shelter
And their needs you would not forsake

Little chipmunks would eat right from your hand
And butterflies would grace your garden rows
And birds of song would sing your favorite tune
While in the night by the firefly's glow.

I hope all is well for you today
And that your day is filled with nature's light
Whilst the sunshine make your smiles new
And your heart be oh so bright...
