When no one listens
Or hears what you are saying
It can get so hard
To be properly conveying
The message you so desperately
Are trying to get across
Instead you end up silent
Without recognition you feel lost
While those who have authority
Cannot listen and understand
When they can make or break you
Or dismiss you with their hand
It is truly so frustrating
When you try to do your best
But those who hear aren't listening
And you end up so depressed
Where in this world do people
Get away with this horrid thing
For So much good could be brought about
By careful Listening

You are breaking my heart.
But somehow, it is a good breaking.
Because what you are speaking is truth.
And the truth hurts.
And I need to get the hurt out.
So thank you for posting,
Thank you.

Where there is truth, there is no lie to be told
When one can face the truth, sometimes a light
may shine
Sometimes the truth can hurt or even be devastating
But I would rather know the truth, than to be left in the dark...
And thank you for your response. For it was very truthful :)
