Cafe (the 'e' with the little thingie over it) Mocha, cafe mocha and I can eat about one/tenth of a 1.89 Litre carton in one sitting, or standing, mostly standing. With salted roasted almonds in the other non-spoo-holding hand. Mixed with sultanas, and a titch of dried fruit. I miss the Purdy's salted roasted almonds, though. I think they're done in, like coconut oil and they're just sooooo delish, lushiously, oops lusciously (is that spelled right, I mean, correctly?) good.

Okay, non spoon-holding-hand. Spoon, not spoo, because spoo could be short for spoor .. the thing that's left behind, the feeling-good thing, the trail of you having been. hah.
