This is my latest poem:

MOONFLIGHT

I flew to the moon last night
Guided by shafts of shining light
By love held.. so close and so tight

Then I flew to the stars
And piqued my curiosity in a visit with Mars

I danced in diaphanous, gauzy silk
Stopped at the Milky way..for a glass of..

My grand jetes were weightless
I was addicted, I must confess

My silver slippers sparkled while sparks snapped and fire crackled
While I danced to the Tarantella

(BellisimoBella!)

Dancing to the music in my heart
No buttons were pushed or needed to start

I listened to the music of the spheres
Suspended were time and tears

I leaped so high, I touched the roof of the sky
Brushed an angels wing

She said: Welcome to the heavenly choir.
Wed like to invite you to sing

Their invitation was engraved on heavenly calligraphy
A silver cloud wrapped in a scroll
I feared it.to unroll

King Davids harpsichord brushed an exquisite otherwordly sound
It slipped into my hands with beauty so unbound

They closed their eyes and folded magnificent wings, and in reverence
And as one

Said
We await. your joy to ring

After my website was up, I continued to write, and have written over 400 poems so far.

I've also written my memoir: Ghost Child to Triumph (from a child with no voice, to someone who speaks up against injustice) ; perhaps will self-publish

My story was published with the Ph.D.'s (to my amazement, LOL): www.psychiatricjournal.com, entitled: The Transcendent Child on Overcoming Verbal and Spiritual Abuse
