Tenesque boredom

In no particular order:
Same as before.
That’s okay.
What's that called, again?
Context.
Who answers?
It’s open, not closed.
And again.
Are you hiring?
Whoa, whiplash!
Perhaps not.

Unfortunately, I fall a bit short with some of these...

> 10). sharp hand pruners---desperately need sharpening
> 09). zinnias---I have seeds, but I didn't get to planting them this winter (winter sowing)
> 08). dahlias---Love them, but I'd have to dig them up every fall and store them...not organized enough to do that.
> 07). safer insecticidal soap---You betcha!
> 06). recovering weeping fig tree---That's great!
> 05). chollipo euonymus---I can pronounce it, but that's about it. :)
> 04). compost---Black gold!
> 03). sun---too much this year, stuff is scorched
> 02). water---not enough this year by far. Thank goodness for sprinklers and being awake enough in the early a.m. to turn them on before it gets too hot.
> 01). time---Ah, I could use more of that. Better, time management skills.

I don't know if you remember those coral-pink delphiniums I showed you long ago, but they never made it. :( I'm giving delphs one more year, and if they don't make it, I'm moving on, sigh.

I like it gg. It's very cute. Tenesque? My Latin is very rusty. = and you hold? That fits the context... :)

Thanks! I never took Latin, so I had no idea. That is interesting, though. :)

Hi gg,

yes, more than interesting, more like a subconscious comprehension of Latin. Well spooky. I guess your ancestors were Romans? That would explain everything...

I would imagine that the closest to Roman for me might be the Normans. Am I remembering that part of history right?

And lordy, I add "esque" to lots of words. Who knows what else I'm saying? ;)
