Sweet calm
Like tiny sip of nectar that
removes the cloak of anxiety
that I don when I go to bed.
The mind accelerates
The innocent looking to do list
morphs to terribly complex
projects of great duration and
requiring a project manager to
complete it.Stops in my tracks. Brain moves on to the next item of the list. One proposed purchase, which requires a car-driven, headache filled trip to the Mall. I'm already starting to panic-breathe, which is not conducive to invite sleep.
Ambien and I have been best friends in the past.
Ambien liked to work with Xanax.
Pdoc though that I'd been on them long enough, and from here on in I'd starting the withdrawl process. That was 5 months ago.Now I've been living 6 hellish weeks of no sleep, foul mood, memory lapse and multiple bruises trying to nagivate the house in complete darkness.
I'm on the same Ambien Rx dosage as before I reduce. It isn't having a good result,
So I'm supplementing it with the same stuff muffled use.
Simple - same sleep. I'm pretty useless by the time I get to bed. It is hard to tell where the walls and doors have moved to. So I have new bruises in strange places,

:) Wish I had some....
Those white pills just aren't the same. Only tried the herb quite some time ago. Was splendid :/ No supply currently, or likelihood of obtaining any :(

I was Romeo and herb was my Juliet. But , alas, our sacred union was forbidden by families. Parting is such sweet sorrow. .. one of the greatest loves of my life
