The child who's the emotional scapegoat, the one who can be manipulated, because it's so easy to do, until the child no longer knows who she is, she's just a whim of everybody else.

I really hope not, but I think so if you count the whole family. I think perhaps when I was a lost little boy I was just like that; letting others manipulate me.

Do they still, Maynerd? I think one of the secrets of knowing myself, you know, was just learning how malleable I was, in many frightening ways, over the years, but the most frightening in the last two, until the fear pushed me to an edge, I jumped off and somehow I'm flying on teeny little fledgling wings, you know .. but are they going to be clipped?
