Come stay with me--if you are lonely
just take my hand--if you need a friend
and I'll take the time--to ease your mind
when he hurts you again

hold on to me tight--if you are falling
just follow my love--if you lose your way
and i'll help you back--onto the right track
when your blue skies are gray

cry on my shoulder-if you are discouraged
just look in my eyes--if you are in doubt
and I will be there--to show that I care
when you're down and out

call out my name--if you are distressed
just take part of me--if you are in need
and I'll stop the pain--and wash out the stain
when your heart starts to bleed

give me a sign--if you are drowning
just use my key--to unlock the door
and I'll swim the tide--and take you inside
my love forever more

i think this is really beautiful bobby...any girl would love to have a poem like this written by someone they love...gorgeous!!
