Her memory dances in the twilight
just above my dreams
and though I had the tounges of ten thousand angels
only in vain could I express the way it taunts my soul
Her soft face shines as morning glory in moonlight
her kiss like soft rain on a summer's eve
I held her close just yesterday
but fate has taken her far away
now miles apart across the sea
there's nothing to cling to but a memory
Maybe someday we'll meet once more
under a future moon on a distant shore
This is the end of the thread.
