...really aren't very good at all
At telling the difference
Between the past
And the present.

Not very good at all :-(

10DERHEART, Hey, why not try braces or armorplate or anything heavy enough to sink one down. I read your poem and I was right back in 1954. Coach Spencer Lee kicked me out of the playground for refusing to play checkers. Spencer died some time ago but lord I mourn him and I don't know why. I miss him, wish he didn't
die. Why? are my emotions so damn dislocated? And Miss Kasper, the Phys.Ed. dyke, she kicked me out too. I think of her as Eleanor Rigby like. Why? Why all these ch*nks in my armor? It's the 4th of July. "Happy birthday" makes me cry. Gotta get me some more lead so I don't take too many more in the head. I suspect that emotions are finally catching up with me. Don't like it one bit. Thanks, cockeyed.
