languid lies spiral through her head
tangled in love's grasping fingers
sweet nothings whispered in bed
the warmth enters and lingers.wrapped around the hand that fed
begging for one more tender
waiting for the master's tread
to echo in her empty chamber.your reality is a darkling he said
when she wallowed in a mind-bender
while the pain screamed to be bled
she fought with strength engendered.the pained screams sulked and fled
sealed and stamped with return to sender
lucid light invigorating life instead
of existent breath and thought endangered.banishing to antiquity the dread
the darkness became sweetly languored
life spun like a spool of thread
into a tapestry of vanquished danger.dove
This is the end of the thread.
