As I sit here at my desk . visions of adrealine radiate from my head. I ask my self what I'm so afraid of?but all I hear are empty echos bouncing back and turning into dread. I don't want to move my body . It's paralyzing.. Oh God how I hate anxiety. sometimes I'd rather be dead. But a ray of hope always come shining through I can make it another day to pray for a cure.

I understand how difficult anxiety is. Your description of fear and adrenaline express it well. I'm looking for that cure, too...
