On the Forty-Deuce
Mickey’s turning tricks,
Smooth and loose
On the Forty-Deuce,
But the cops, hell,
They just don’t care. And the fuzzy
Mouseketeer-eared whores
Strut slutty in the stores
Near the Jumbotron pimp
Above Times Square.Lap dancer
Lion King’s g-string
Don’t hide a single thing
As he pole-dances,
’Cause he digs the stares.Smack-whacked
High-flying Tinkerbell
Feels pretty g*ddamn swell,
Anorexic buzzed mosquito
Who’s barely there.
The new porn comes
In a cartoon’s flicker
Says the big news ticker,
And Armani ho’ CEOs
Are everywhere

Hi Jai,
Thanks for your kind comments. They're much appreciated. I was wondering if I'd lost my touch, since no one seemed to have anything to say about my stuff. I hope all's well on your end. I was bouncing all over PB this morning, mostly on Social, as it's pouring buckets here in NYC and cold and nasty. Hope your weather (external and internal) is sunnier. Ta. ;) Atticus

The weather was spitting little pellets of snow/ice last night as I walked home from the community meeting about the fire.
All the displaced tenants were there, it was so good to see them. We set up some good things last night. The room was packed with my neighbors and friends.I am doing more art now. Painting small pieces with oils. the art is quite abstract. The colors....the colors and sensuality of the paint is sooooooo nice.
Welcome back Atticus.....
keep writing...
So many people drop in and read your work but don't comment...they are shy.
But know there are many of us here who are glad to have you back.

Hi Jai,
This is definitely the time of year to break out the brushes and hit the canvas. It's drizzling cold rain for the third day in a row here. But the canvas is all primed and ready to go. This afternoon, I'll break out the charcoal and begin roughing out the composition and work out the palette for the piece. Ta. Atticus
