betrayed and gullible and sick to my stomach

Posted by watergirl on September 6, 2004, at 15:04:35

Hi.
Im trying to find a word that describes the "sick to my stomach" feeling.

The; I was just lied to and feel betrayed and gullible and sick to my stomach all at the same time... that feeling, rolled into one word.

Any ideas would be very helpfull. Thanks
Best Wishes,
Cindy

Hi watergirl,
I can't come up with one word, but when I'm trying to express something as complex as what you're talking about and can't hit on a fitting word, I usually resort to metaphor. It works for me, much of the time. Just a thought. :) Atticus
