slow sorrowful symphonies
down deep, booming tympanies
salient absurdity
mocks Mozart's vapidity
brazen horns proclaim the strife
broken spires of mortal life
intrepid melody's flight
pilgrims lost in wonder's plight

metaphysical annihilation
suffering inherent violation
treacherous path between good and evil
wandering piercing eyes that perceive ill
following the forgotten footprints grey
holding unreal reality at bay
