I saw "Thirteen" last night and am amazed at the raw power and strength of this well done movie.
Holly Hunter, one of my favorite actors, is excellent as well as the two young women...actually I believed the whole cast.
It's painful and can be a "trigger".
I had a very painful teenage experience...I can see myself in this film.
What do others think?

I saw it and was horrified! I was so opposite of those girls. Made me feel for parents who have teenage girls. I would be a nervous wreck.
I love Holly Hunter too. I think she was robbbed of an Academy Award.
