The Deviant, revision 1

The Deviant

All is and yet is nothing
Naught but solemness and cataplexy
This terrible burning hurting
Tearing, biting seething anxiety

A world of black, unattended
Behind the black curtain
To pull back and have rended
A view of nothing certain

Chiding voices in the dark
Do but bark and berate
A great bloody toothed shark
Teasing him with fate

A hungry rabbit with fangs
Red eyes full of malice
In the balance the mind hangs
Faith balanced in the chalice

His childhood is lost
The little boy cries for fate
Waiting for the walls to rot
The man loses his face

Others can’t quite discern
The freak, geek or madman
How they make his blood burn
They can’t feel as he can

The combatant eccentric
He answers to his judges
They perform their bailiwick
He replies in smears and smudges

Death show like a cool waterfall
A six-gun just for fun
To this dark world and within it, all
To show them what they have done

Where has he gone and why?
Cry the absent tenants
It was time to say goodbye
They persecute "deviants"

There is no saying sorry
The deviant says no more
To end the pain and worry
And the man that is no more

This is the end of the thread.
