I know they are probably really stupid. I feel so ashamed of them:

I study your face
to imprint on my mind
the source of my happiness.
And when I feel far
from you,
tired and alone
I recall your eyes,
your smile - it keeps me happy,
for a while.

I trace the outline of my love,
my eyes holding yours,
then down to your mouth, your lips,
your neck, - so soft.
No further is allowed
except in those darkest moments
of desperation.

I lie and wait for sleep,
hopeful and quiet.
Yet my mind is a carousel
of images,
colourful spirals of thoughts
entangling my solitude.
If my last thought is of you,
would you fill my dreams too?
Could you enfold me in your arms
held tight with love – if only in my dreams?

I love you.
You know that I do.
It’s a half-spoken whisper
dancing in the air.
Your eyes slide into mine,
your smile washes over me,
bathing me in your strength
and releases the passion
that floods my body.
I crave your touch.

Curled up in my mind
she hides
and whispers her words,
both shameful and lewd
of my discomfort, she is assured.

Lurking in my mind,
she takes off all her clothes,
to seduce you
as well as she knows.

She lives in my mind,
her frailty to protect.
A child only, but like a child you’ve never met.
She craves your touch
she needs so much.
A child whore
who should stay no more.
