Hi
My depression is very severe and I am not functioning well. My doctor has given me a note for work to take a leave of absence for at least a month.
I am worried that I will lose my job.
Has anyone ever had to take a leave from work, and what was it like when you returned?

Maxime when first my thyroid went I was out for six months of short term disability. And when I went back everyone was glad to see me better. A good decision for you now. Phillipa

Since I am suicidal and cutting, I am taking a 6 week leave of absence. Hopefully a miracle will happen.
