need to find a new job

i am NOT good at looking for work. i have some benefits so i will be ok for a short while. Layoffs are this week. Get the last pay cheque in a couple weeks. i am deep doo-doo.

Hi Gazo,

I can handle looking for work, it's not getting the job that has taken it's toll on me. If your benefits will let you take a short break before you have to look that might be a good idea.

Get your resume in good shape and dig up some references. References are one of my big problems, fortunately the place that just hired me didn't ask for them.

I feel for you. I have been there far too many times.
