Work anxiety attack

Posted by Dinah on August 25, 2006, at 18:31:14

I hate when that happens. Someone was asking me for something while I was racing to finish something else, and I just sat there and shook and said "huh?" blankly. I don't think I was much help.

A klonopin and some time later, I was able to figure out what was wanted and to contribute.

I hate being me.

Hi
Anxiety gets in the way of my work also. I am not all that organized to begin with. When I am anxious/stressed my office looks like a bomb went off. Papers everywhere. I can't find a thing. I have an assistant this year, I hope she has excellent organizational skills, to make up for my lack of them.

ADHD, is also fun to add to the mix --- anxiety + ADHD = definitely not peak performance in my case. lol
