I went on holiday this year to come off these and was doing fine, getting down to half doses of 3.75mg. They do not come smaller than this so i tried cutting the tablets, and ended up triggering intestinal inflammation. zopiclone is a pretty hard chemical, i was never able to take them without food anyway or my guts would inflame. They are coated so when i cut them, they do break up too soon, even when taking with a meal.
is it possible to cut these and recoat them somehow ? or is there another Gaba receptor activating drug suitable to replace them. I would persist usually, but with these inflammations, and warnings of cancer associated with zopiclone a switch might be the right way to go.
This is the end of the thread.
