I am new to this board. I am desperate, absolutely desperate for any tips or suggestions on how to get off Effexor. I have been experiencing sleep paralysis, which is the most frightening I have experienced in my 43 years of living.
I appreciate input and I will read the already posted notes to see if this has already been addressed.
