I have been taking 20 mg of Peroxitine in the morning and 20 mg at night for about 3 years for anxiety. My Dr. became ill and quit his practice. I felt that I needed to come off this medication and went to a community care specialist and told him my story. We both decided that it wouldnt hurt to try and ween of the peroxitine. I backed off to 20 mg 1 time a day for 2 weeks and then 20 mg every other day for 2 more weeks. I have felt alot better but have been feeling zaps in my head multiple times a day. I had the zaps when I was on the med but they were very few and far between. Does anyone have any words of wisdom or stories of hope?
